Terms and Conditions

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Panama.

Booking Policies

  • Reservations: Reservations must be requested and confirmed in advance through #MyPinkBus or an authorized agent. An official confirmation will be sent after the submission of your request. Reservations are only confirmed if payment has been made in advance. If #MyPinkBus has not received payment and no other arrangement has been approved, the reservation is not confirmed.

  • Payment: Payment must be made via credit card authorization through our website or with any authorized agent.

Itinerary Changes

  • Free Changes: Changes made to itineraries more than 2 hours prior to departure are accepted free of charge.
  • Non-Refundable Changes: No refunds will be given for changes to itineraries made less than 2 hours prior to departure. The client will need to purchase a new ticket.
  • Availability: All itinerary changes are subject to availability.
  • Changes are non-refundable: Once a change is made on a booking it can no longer be canceled.

Cancellation Policies

  • Non-Refundable Cancellations: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure.
  • No Shows: “No Shows” will not receive a refund. The shuttle vehicle will wait only 5 minutes at the assigned pick-up location. Failure to show up will result in a no-show status and no refund.
  • Right to Alter: #MyPinkBus reserves the right to alter prices, and itineraries, arrange alternative transportation, accommodation, or services, or cancel bookings.
  • Force Majeure: #MyPinkBus may change or cancel services for reasons beyond its control, such as strikes, weather conditions, war, demonstrations, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc. If service starts but cannot be completed due to such reasons, #MyPinkBus will try to return clients to the point of departure, but this cannot be guaranteed. Clients may need to continue independently and should have emergency cash. No refunds will be issued in such scenarios.

Service Refusal

  • Right to Refuse: #MyPinkBus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at its sole discretion. No refunds will be granted if service is denied with cause.
  • Reasons for Denial: These include but are not limited to, weather conditions, refusal to allow a search for dangerous items, lack of positive identification, physical or mental incapacity, disorderly conduct, intoxication, or any action that jeopardizes the safety and the good experience of other travelers.

Baggage Policies

  • Definition of Baggage: Baggage includes articles necessary for wear, use, comfort, or convenience during the trip. Passengers may not bring items other than personal baggage.
  • Included Baggage: One suitcase and one personal item per passenger. The personal item must stay with the passenger.
  • Extra Baggage: Transport of extra baggage is not included in the price and must be arranged in advance for an additional charge.
  • Sports Equipment: Surfboards and other sports equipment are included and will be stored on the non-waterproof roof rack on top of the vehicle.
  • General Acceptance: Only baggage as defined above will be accepted for transportation. All baggage is subject to inspection.
  • Prohibited Items: Fragile and perishable items are accepted only if the passenger agrees to release #MyPinkBus from liability. Hazardous materials, firearms, and ammunition are not accepted.
  • Liability: #MyPinkBus assumes no responsibility for any baggage lost/stolen and will take no responsibility for any damages.

Crossing International Borders

  • Immigration Compliance: Passengers must comply with applicable immigration and customs laws, including having a valid passport and any required visas.
  • Immigration Issues: #MyPinkBus will not wait for passengers facing unusual immigration problems. Passengers must find alternative transportation and will not receive refunds.
  • Proof of Departure: Passengers entering Panama or Costa Rica must have proof of onward travel, such as a ticket for an international flight. #MyPinkBus vouchers are not considered proof.


  • Third-Party Operators: #MyPinkBus also acts as an agent for third-party transportation and tour operators and is not liable for their actions or negligence.
  • Baggage: #MyPinkBus is not liable for loss or damage of baggage, carry-ons, extra baggage, or sports equipment.
  • Schedule Changes: #MyPinkBus is not responsible for schedule changes or for failing to make connections.
  • Force Majeure: In events beyond control, #MyPinkBus may cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, or delay any service without liability, except to issue an involuntary refund.
  • Damages: #MyPinkBus is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.


  • Liability for Injuries: Liability for death or personal injuries is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage, according to the laws of Panama.

Involuntary Refunds

  • Refund Conditions: In case of #MyPinkBus’s failure to operate or refusal to transport, refunds will be issued as follows:
    • Full amount paid if the ticket is totally unused.
    • Applicable fare for the unused segment(s) if the ticket is partially used.


  • Accompanied Children: Children under 12 must be accompanied by a passenger at least 18 years old.
  • Unaccompanied Children: Unaccompanied children under 12 are not accepted. Teenagers over 12 are accepted but travel at the parent’s responsibility.

Special Needs Passengers

  • Service for Disabilities: #MyPinkBus aims to provide dignified and professional service to passengers with disabilities.
  • Pre-Reserved Seats: Seats are blocked for passengers with disabilities who need assistance.
  • Assistive Devices: Manual wheelchairs are accepted, but motorized and non-motorized assistive devices are not.
  • Boarding Assistance: Pre-boarding assistance is provided upon request.


No Pets Policy: #MyPinkBus does not accommodate pets or service animals.
