If you are not at your pick-up station on time and you miss the shuttle, the money is nonrefundable.
Surfboards & luggage are included in the price.
Exchange your ticket for free, up to 2 hours before the departure time. After that your ticket is non-changeable.
Free cancelation up to 48 hours before the departure. After that, your ticket is non-refundable.
Strict no-pets policy (sorry).
You will have a refreshment break every (approx.) 2.5 hours of riding MyPinkBus.
Random police checkpoints are on the way so DO NOT CARRY ANYTHING ILEGAL.
Estimated time of arrival to Playa Venao is 8:00 pm.

We will take care of reserving you a spot on the boat.
You must be at the Panabocas Dock at 11:15 am to make the 11:30 am boat to Chiriqui Grande. Click here to see directions.
Upon your arrival at Panabocas dock, you must proceed to the counter and inform the staff that you are traveling with MyPinkBus to complete the check-in process.
In case of rain, the boat is completely covered and takes approx. 45 min to reach Chiriqui Grande.
The ticket price includes the boat ride & you do not have to pay anything additional. (they might charge you extra for a surfboard or heavy equipment)
An officer might ask you to show your Passport so please have it handy.
You will be dropped off at the port of Chiriqui Grande where your driver will wait for you with MyPinkBus shuttle.
