SJO Airport pick-up is after the pick-up is complete at San Jose City.
Surfboards & luggage are included (surfboards will be stored outside, on the roof racks).
You can only choose one of the pick-up/drop-off stations from the list.
Everyone boarding the shuttle must pay the full price for the ride regardless of age.
Guardian/parent must provide a car seat for children under 4 years of age. Children under 4 years of age will not be able to board the shuttle without a car seat.
On the day of travel, we will let you know the exact pickup time for each station. (can vary, depending on the number of pick-ups that day).
Make sure to be waiting 5 minutes ahead of time. The driver will not be waiting.
Exchange your ticket for free up to 2 hours before departure time. After that, your ticket is nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
Free cancelation up to 48 hours before the departure time. After that, your ticket is nonrefundable.
