Can I bring my bicycle with me?

We do not have a place to carry bicycles unfortunately 😬

Can I travel with my service animals?

We adopted at MyPinkBus a strict NO PETS policy. As much as we love them, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate service animals in our vans.

How many suitcases could I take?

The ticket includes one piece of checked luggage plus a personal item such as a small backpack, briefcase, or laptop bag.
As long as there is space, we will not charge you extra if you have extra luggage, and in the worst case, we can always store your extra luggage on the roof rack.

Just take into account that it is not waterproof.

What if my luggage or equipment gets damaged or lost while transporting it?

Of course, our drivers are trained to treat your luggage and equipment with care. However, we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Could I take my surfboard with me?

Yes, absolutely 🙌🏼
Surfboards and other sports equipment are included in the price.

Note that they will be stored on the roof racks and it is not waterproof.

Also, it is important that you take note that we assume no responsibility for any damage caused to your belongings during your ride with us.

What happens if I need to cancel for an emergency less than 48 hours before the ride?

If made less than 48 hours there will be no way we’d be able to provide you with a refund. This is due to our strict policy of only being able to process refunds within 2 business days.

How long do I have before my trip, to request a change in my reservation?

You can make changes up to 2 hours before departure 🙌🏼

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

Once your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation number as well as an email with a ticket, confirming your order.

How early should I get to my pick-up station?

In order for us to have enough time to store your luggage properly and get you checked in, we ask that you please be at your pick-up station 10 minutes beforehand 🌸

Can I cancel my reservation?

We can cancel your ride and refund you fully if your departure ride is in more than 48 hours.

Take into account that the refund can take up to 10 business days to show on your account.
