Important notes for your ride:
- Surfboards & luggage are included (surfboards will be stored outside, on the roof racks).
- You can only choose one of the pick-up/drop-off stations from the list.
- Everyone boarding the shuttle must pay the full price for the ride regardless of age.
- Guardian/parent must provide a car seat for children under 4 years of age. Children under 4 years of age will not be able to board the shuttle without a car seat.
- On the day of travel, we will let you know the exact pickup time for each station. (can vary, depending on the number of pick-ups that day).
- Make sure to be waiting 5 minutes ahead of time. The driver will not be waiting.
- Exchange your ticket for free up to 2 hours before departure time. After that, your ticket is nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
- Free cancelation up to 48 hours before the departure time. After that, your ticket is nonrefundable.
- As much as we love them, we adopted a strict no-pets policy (that includes service and emotional support animals).
